We are a group of four independent physicians: Dr. Kossow, Dr. Brown, Dr. Rehor, and Dr. Sandberg. Dr. Kossow and Dr. Brown will be retiring in 2026, and Dr. Shearer and Dr. Hogshire will be taking their place. We work closely together and share an office space, our wonderful staff, and office resources.

No. We are Internal Medicine providers trained in and practicing standard-of-care, evidence-based Internal Medicine. We believe lifestyle changes play an important role in preventing and changing the course of disease, and we have more time to discuss factors such as movement, stress and sleep in our visits. 

Yes. We do take most commercial insurances and Medicare. We will bill your insurance as  usual for your covered medical care. You will, as always, be responsible for your deductibles and copays.

No. The yearly fee is for non-covered non-medical services: a private phone line, emailing with your doctor and staff, extended office visit times, easy access to staff and doctors with excellent customer service.

The current healthcare model is unsustainable and does not allow for enough time in appointments to address much of someone’s health. The concierge model allows to run our independent practice in which we are able to spend more time with each person, forming more personal and understanding partnerships with our patients. We do our very best to keep our rates as low as we are able to while running a small independent business.

Yes. Several payment plans are available including a monthly payment agreement. We accept check, debit and credit card payments.
